We all know that most of us today are probably already looking for jobs. Actually, if you would just look at statistics, we never really run out of job seekers. Why not? Because we would always produce thousands of college graduates every year and we only have a few industries. This is sometimes the deemed reason why competition is sometimes tough.
We know however that there are a lot of things that we would need to do in order for us to survive daily, right? We would need to have a stable job so that we can afford our daily needs. And when we say stable, we mean a good paying job that promises you tenure. Tenure means the assurance that you would be regularized and eventually be promoted to receive all the benefits you could get. What are the Challenges? Nonetheless, we know that no matter how much we would want to actually give everybody the best shot at a good paying job, we know that we just can’t do that, right? Here are some reasons: First, we only have a few industries. Judging by the name itself, it tells us that though the country may be promising, we cannot always absorb every individual that applies for work. Sometimes, all the posts are filled and we only would need a few registered individuals in that area. Second, there are just not enough graduates of a particular field. Well, inasmuch as there could be a shortage of companies, there could also be a shortage of graduates. Some degrees have very limited interested applicants as such, it becomes hard to fill in some positions. Nonetheless, do not be discouraged as sometimes, there are companies that look for individuals that are willing to be recruited for a part time work. This is not to deprive them of benefits but to check if they can be competent enough for a job. So, what do they do? Every time they would look for look for temporary staff, recruitment agencies are given notice. How Do They Do It? As soon as they receive a notice, what these temporary staffing agencies do is they start scouting for talents via collecting resume and by accessing membership to online job hunt websites. Actually, it is easy to look for temporary recruitment agencies as you can always find information on them online. In order for them to get the best applicant for the job, what these agencies would do is screen submitted resumes. As soon as they are able to hand pick qualified individuals, they give notice to their clients right away. Now, when one starts as an agency personnel, that doesn’t means that they will never be regularized. In fact in some companies, hiring temporary personnel is their way to challenge applicants. That way, they would give their best at their designated job and what is assured is they select from these temporary staff one tone regularized. So, if you are a person who think that this could be right for you, then it could be a good chance to actually register with an agency.
